Waveconn is a digital infrastructure business providing turnkey infrastructure solutions to the telecommunications industry. The business needed an efficient and seamless way to scale and manage its growing lease portfolio and to address manual, complex processes like calculating and adjusting payments for thousands of leases.
Partnering with Arcturious, Waveconn implemented a streamlined lease and payment
management system with robust two-way integration between Salesforce and Business Central building on their established Sitetracker environment. The system supports seamless management of customers, vendors, leases, payment lines, and documents. It also supports 40% faster payments processing by automating previously manual
processes.
Waveconn partnered with Arcturious to address these challenges and design a custom, scalable solution harnessing MuleSoft for system integration. The engagement included business analysis, solution design, application development, and project management.
The project team collaborated closely with Waveconn’s finance and lease management teams to ensure the solution accurately reflected long-term property operations objectives. This involved integrating a lease payments engine into the system, customising lease clause and option management, and creating robust integration between Waveconn’s lease management platform and Waveconn’s ERP, Business Central, using MuleSoft.
The collaborative, agile approach to the project involved Arcturious working closely with Waveconn to ensure the solution was not only effective but also easy for Waveconn’s team to administer on an ongoing basis.

Efficient processing for high-value payments: Successfully processing thousands of unique individual payments across thousands of lease contracts
Improved compliance and risk management: The solution achieved precise escalation calculations down to four decimal places, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. The solution also enhances regulatory adherence and governance.
Streamlined Payments: The solution streamlined payments for both landlords and tenants by simplifying invoicing with invoice templates and enabling the creation and processing of Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTI) and Recipient Created Tax Credits (RCTC) via the Business Central integration.
Improved scalability: The delivered solution provides a scalable and flexible foundation to support Waveconn’s expanding portfolio and deliver long-term value.
