In the past, RenewCo Solar managed support via WhatsApp, where it had a dedicated group for communication with each customer. Although this support model initially worked well, it became increasingly challenging to keep up with messages as the number of customers grew.
To sustain its rapid expansion and maintain high service standards, RenewCo Solar recognised the need to transform and unlock new capacity through AI.

The solution: Unified sales and service and AI-powered efficiencies

RenewCo Solar has partnered with Arcturious to future-proof its operations using Salesforce and its digital labour platform, Agentforce. RenewCo Solar founder and CEO Matthew Summerville first met Arcturious founder Michael Diamond when Diamond had solar installed at his home. The two founders discussed AI and the possibilities it offered for RenewCo Solar now and in the future.

To help RenewCo Solar achieve its AI goals, Arcturious first worked with the business to unify workflow and data onto a single platform. This involved replacing RenewCo Solar’s previous CRM and support tools with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Engagement, and Aircall for Service Cloud Voice.

The unified platform helps RenewCo Solar provide a seamless omnichannel experience across
SMS, WhatsApp, Live Chat and Voice. With all customer interactions centralised in one place, it also supports faster and easier handoffs between sales, implementation, and after-sales teams.

Leveraging Experience Cloud and Mobile Publisher, Arcturious created a custom-built, branded mobile app for RenewCo Solar. The app significantly enhances customer engagement, providing
a single environment where customers can track installation progress, view installed assets,
access solar articles and information, and submit support requests.

Agentforce provides a first layer of support, efficiently triaging inquiries, answering common questions, and escalating more complex issues to RenewCo Solar’s experts.

More structured, consistent workflows have also helped drive a 10% uplift in site inspection to opportunity conversion and a 5% increase in EBITDA productivity.

Most importantly, the deployment of Agentforce is set to transform efficiency and deliver an anticipated 73% improvement in service productivity through a combination of case deflection and AI-generated summaries and next-best actions.
