Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2023: Bivush's Top 3 Highlights

On March 1st, 2023, I had the privilege of attending the Salesforce World Tour Sydney event as a proud member of the Arcturious team. Being a Salesforce enthusiast, I was excited to learn about the latest trends, tools, and solutions in the ecosystem, as well as network with other trailblazers who share my passion for customer success. I'm happy to report that the event exceeded my expectations, and I came away with many valuable insights and experiences. In this post, I want to share my top 3 highlights from the Salesforce World Tour 2023.

I received my very first Salesforce merchandise, Codey.

One of the perks of attending the Salesforce World Tour is the opportunity to collect some cool swag and souvenirs that showcase the brand's iconic logo and characters. I was thrilled to receive my very first Codey plush toy, which is the mascot of Salesforce's education program for kids. Codey is a cute and cuddly bear that represents the values of innovation, learning, and fun, which are essential for anyone who wants to succeed in the digital age. I'm sure Codey will become a loyal companion for me and inspire me to keep learning and exploring the Salesforce world.

I got to meet a lot of like-minded trailblazers who were using the Salesforce ecosystem to create and implement ideas while putting customers at the heart of everything.

One of the main reasons why I love Salesforce is its community of passionate and diverse users who share a common goal of improving the customer experience. At the Salesforce World Tour, I had the pleasure of meeting many trailblazers who were eager to share their stories, ideas, and best practices with me. I learned how they leveraged Salesforce's various products and services to streamline their business processes, automate their workflows, and engage their customers in meaningful ways. I also discovered how they overcame challenges, embraced innovation, and created value for their organizations and stakeholders. By connecting with these trailblazers, I felt energized, inspired, and grateful for being a part of the Salesforce Ecosystem.

The Demo jam

One of the highlights of the Salesforce World Tour is the demo jam, which is a fast-paced and fun competition where different vendors showcase their products and solutions in a creative and engaging way. I watched as several teams of presenters demonstrated how their apps or integrations could solve a specific business problem or enhance a particular aspect of the Salesforce platform. The demos were impressive, informative, and entertaining, and I enjoyed seeing how the audience cheered and voted for their favourite demos. Although there could only be one winner, I felt that all the participants were winners in terms of showcasing their innovation, agility, and customer focus. I felt inspired to be on that stage someday, demonstrating my work for everyone to see.

In conclusion, the Salesforce World Tour 2023 was a fantastic event that provided me with many valuable experiences and insights. I'm grateful for the opportunity to attend it and to be part of the Salesforce community. I'm looking forward to attending future events and continuing to learn, share, and grow with my fellow trailblazers.
